Key Responsibilities
  • Sell storage space and provide customers with relevant information to make informed decisions.
  • Achieve sales targets by maximizing all sales opportunities and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure that our company values are maintained.
  • Review and prioritize daily tasks, deal with new enquiries, complete contracts, and chase debts.
  • Maintain and clean the site to ensure excellent standards are kept.
  • Create brand awareness by promoting the store in the local community and organizing local events.
  • Reconcile cash, credit card, Direct Debit, and BACS payments, and complete petty cash float checks.
  • Upsell retail and hire crates wherever appropriate.
  • Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives, including volunteering and fundraising for local charities.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work a day shift pattern to cover the opening hours of the store, which are 7 days a week, including bank holidays. The role requires regular weekend working.
