About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Partnerships Manager to join our team at AdTheorent. As a key member of our Data Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day data provider relationships, working on proposals for data solutions, and facilitating the onboarding of online and offline client data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Data Provider Relationships: Understand the core value proposition and competitive differentiation of our data providers.
  • Work on Proposals and Execution: Develop and execute proposals for data solutions across multiple clients in various verticals, including pharma, CPG, entertainment, and retail.
  • Onboard Client Data: Manage the DMP segment intake process and platform permissions, and facilitate the onboarding of online and offline client data.
  • Technical Integrations: Work with our Product and Tech teams to implement technical integrations for data providers and broader data licensing, and provide feedback and recommendations.
  • Partnership Management: Responsible for the ongoing management, development, and growth of data/DMP partnerships post-integration, including maintaining master taxonomy and rates across all partners.
  • Insight Analysis: Analyze and identify key insights to drive internal knowledge sharing with cross-functional teams, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance audience/3P data effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate with data partners regarding platform updates, changes, or limitations.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership around partner selection, including pros, cons, and guidance on usage.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales & Strategy on new and ongoing client opportunities, and share best practices and POVs with Partnerships Team, Sales, Yield, Product, and Analytics teams.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to operationalize workflow and develop readily available segments/bundles to ease speed to market.
  • Documentation: Collaborate on team write-ups and guides for new or updated processes, tools, and platforms, learnings, and other materials.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-4 years' experience in the digital advertising industry, with some experience working directly within a DMP or data platform.
  • Understanding: Deep understanding of audience curation, types of audiences, DMP integrations, and how this all fits into a marketing strategy.
  • Organizational Skills: Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail, and ability to track projects across multiple clients at once.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Partnership Experience: Experience working with a few of the following partners preferred: Krux/Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle/Bluekai, ComScore, Neustar, Pushspring, MedData, NCS, Acxiom, Factual, Ibotta, Liveramp, M1, Throtle, Lotame (or other relevant providers).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong Excel skills and analytically minded.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • SQL and Media Math Knowledge: SQL and media math knowledge is a plus.
