Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Clinical Manager to join our Interventional Technologies team at Haemonetics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Clinical Specialists and Regional Clinical Specialists, working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers to execute regional and territory strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Clinical Specialists and Regional Clinical Specialists to achieve projected sales goals and drive increased sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers to develop and execute regional and territory strategic plans.
  • Facilitate the onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical competency development of the region's clinical team.
  • Ensure effective case coverage to support customer clinical needs throughout the region.
  • Contribute to the timely execution of new customer acquisition, clinical education, and training.

  • Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical or sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
