We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our team at Schneider National, Inc. in Dallas, TX.

Job Overview

The Sales Intern will provide support to our sales team by learning and applying Schneider's sales process, prospecting for new customers, creating and tracking orders, negotiating rates with carriers, and communicating with customers on the status of loads.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled at a college or university
  • Working toward a bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of previous work experience
  • Able to work full-time over the summer
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
