Additionally, you will interface with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze, process, and prepare orders for delivery in SAP to both domestic and international destinations.
* Select carriers/forwarders where needed for shipment of products and prepare documents for freight forwarders.
* Interface with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.
* Provide remote support for other business sites as needed.
* Working knowledge and ability to use Windows operating system and Microsoft-based programs, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
* Excellent clerical and data entry skills to maintain integrity of inventory accuracy in database, file records, and perform routine audits.
* Ability to participate in internal and external audits as necessary.
* Essential cross-functional teamwork skill, to be able to communicate regularly with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and finance.
* Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental standards.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of related shipping/receiving and warehouse experience required. 5 years of experience is preferred.
* Experience in fast-paced, technical, manufacturing environment required.
* Education: Minimum High School graduate. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $60,423.00/yr. and $74,000.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a number of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and paid time off including vacation, sick time, and holidays, and more.
