Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential risks associated with contract finalization and business execution, developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Foster strong relationships with shipping and execution companies, ensuring competitive transportation resources and rates.
  • Monitor delivery progress from ocean shipping vessels to final destinations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Create and maintain tools for regular shipment status monitoring, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve issues affecting seamless logistics operations.
  • Prepare monthly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to drayage deliveries.
  • Establish and communicate delivery status reports to clients.
  • Develop innovative logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve service delivery.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement solutions tailored to various logistics types.
  • Facilitate communication and regular meetings with carriers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting and perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in route optimization and multimodal transport planning.
  • Strong background in managing logistics processes across various operational types.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including vlookup and pivot tables).
  • Excellent prioritization skills, capable of managing urgent issues while maintaining focus on other responsibilities.
