We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Woongjin, Inc. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the control tower, which monitors, coordinates, and operationally handles inbound freight forwarding flows across all modes of transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract execution and business operations.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with shipping companies, execution companies, and other stakeholders to secure favorable transportation resources and fares.
  • Design and implement tools to monitor shipment status and report to upper management, customers, and HQ.
  • Analyze data to identify pending issues and share findings with relevant parties to resolve them.
  • Monitor and compare actual performances with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish delivery status reports and share them with customers.
  • Develop plans for innovation tasks in regions and bases, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
  • Establish communication channels and regular meeting sessions with carriers, SSL, customers, and internal departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting as required.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Logistics industry, including load planning, regional or hub operations management.
  • Relevant industry knowledge and Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Experience with vendor management and proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, and TMS/WMS systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and shift focus to urgent issues.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25 to $28 per hour. All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
