We are a leading third-party logistics (3PL) company, Workforce Enterprises, seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Routing department, you will be responsible for managing retail accounts and ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to retail clients, including Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, and Walmart, to ensure their routing needs are met.
    • Follow up with customers regarding routing guides, updates, compliance, label placement, and carton requirements to avoid chargebacks.
  • Routing and Logistics
    • Manage and update routing guides to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
    • Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and verify shipment details.
    • Process and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Qualifications
    • Minimum 6 months of experience in 3PL logistics, with a focus on retailer DC routing.
    • Proven track record of vendor compliance and routing guide experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Bill of Lading requirements.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
