Director, Investor Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Investor Relations to join our team at WillScot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our investor relations strategy, building strong relationships with the investment community, and driving our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the creation and execution of our investor relations program, crafting and delivering value-driven messages that resonate with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic insights and guidance on investor-related matters, influencing key decisions and corporate strategy.
- Prepare senior leaders for investor interactions, delivering impactful presentations and conducting thorough post-event analysis to refine our approach continuously.
- Analyze market trends and investor feedback to continuously improve our investor relations strategy, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; Master's degree / MBA preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant and/or Chartered Financial Analyst designation preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant financial experience including treasury operations, capital markets, and/or business analytics.
- Operational knowledge of Nasdaq IR Insight, Bloomberg, Workiva / W-Desk preferred.
