Employee Relations Specialist

At Paychex, we're seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct complex investigations into workplace concerns, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.
  • Provide coaching and development to business leaders to ensure positive employee relations and communications.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to identify trends and make recommendations on issues impacting employee retention and engagement.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to leaders on performance management and discipline topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations
