We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to lead our studio team and deliver an exceptional fitness experience to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coaching classes, developing and implementing fitness programs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Coach classes and lead by example, demonstrating a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and expertise.
- Develop and implement fitness programs that meet the needs of our clients and align with our studio's mission and values.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client requests and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead and develop a team of coaches, providing feedback, coaching, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the studio, including ordering supplies, conducting inventory, and maintaining sales logs.
- Ensure the studio and equipment remain clean, well-maintained, and fully-functional at all times.
- 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
- Outgoing and personable with a desire to build relationships within and outside the [solidcore] community.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Reliable and professional.
- Comfortable on a mic leading a fast-paced class with loud music and lots of energy in the room.
- Ability to model the [solidcore] brand and culture and serve as a lead representative of the [solidcore] community.
- Superior client relations and communication skills.
- Competitive compensation range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year.
