Fitness Sales Manager

CycleBar - Ashburn, VA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven General Manager to lead our studio to success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, revenue, and membership growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet studio sales goals and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, prospects, and partners to drive referrals and loyalty.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Franchise Owner and national sales director to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
