Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care, including case review and visit preparation for clinicians
- Manage medical records, including gathering documents and prepping charts
- Provide communication of non-compliance and missed appointments
- Partner with Center Operations Director to prepare for large groups of Physicals
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and employers as required
- Assist clinicians with injury and physical visits
- Provide guidance, training, and education for clinic staff as needed
- Examine clinic processes critically and note areas of improvement or deficiencies
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Some college courses in Allied Health or related field from an accredited college/university
- Obtaining and maintaining Commission for Case Management, Clinical Data Management Systems, Certified Rehabilitation or Medical Assistant credentials in accordance with state requirements and applicable regulations
- Registered Nurse designations are encouraged; these designations are required where dictated by state regulations
- Customarily has at least one year of demonstrated experience in a similar position, preferably related to healthcare sales and/or Workers' Compensation
- Customarily has at least one or more years of demonstrated customer experience
- Computer, word processing experience, knowledgeable about Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the state range of $20.42 to $26.96 hourly depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
