We are seeking an experienced VP/Director, Cross Channel Investments to join our team at Publicis. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance on cross-channel investments, ensuring that our clients' media dollars are optimized for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Cross-Channel Investment Strategies: Collaborate with our media strategy and data analytics teams to develop and execute cross-channel investment strategies that drive business outcomes for our clients.
  • Manage Channel Investment Teams: Lead and manage channel investment teams to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach and create synergies across channels.
  • Optimize Budget Allocation: Oversee budget allocation across channels to maximize profitability and exceed client goals.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze performance across channels, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Build and Foster Relationships: Build and foster strong relationships with media partners, including Google, Facebook, Amazon, and other key players in the media ecosystem.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and quickly problem-solve campaign management issues as they arise.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Media Planning and Buying Experience: Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on performance media.
  • Strong Analytical Background: Comfort with data and numbers, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • 5+ Years of People Management Experience: Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Deep Industry Relationships: Established relationships with ad tech firms, brand teams, and publisher partners.
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and add incremental value to our clients.
  • Strong Communication and Writing Skills: Poised, precise, and kind communication and writing skills, with the ability to package and merchandise concepts and new opportunities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
  • Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.
