Employee Records and Compensation Manager

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to join our team at Unity Health Care, Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administering HRIS systems, with expertise in ADP.
Main Responsibilities- Develops visualization tools for reporting and creates data visualization mock-ups and prototypes that reflect the appropriate context to inform decision-making.
- Prepares ad hoc and regular summary reports and dashboards in workforce and human capital areas, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and human resources operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience administering HRIS systems, with required expertise in ADP.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of employees.
