**Job Summary**

The National Park Service is seeking a highly skilled Supervisory Records Management and Compliance Specialist to serve as the Law Enforcement Records Management System (LERMS) Administrator. This position requires strong leadership and technical expertise in managing records and ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the LERMS Administrator and provide program direction for implementation and post-implementation supervision and oversight of all activities related to LERMS.
  • Provide direct supervision and oversight of the Records Management Office and ensure compliance with departmental policies, laws, rules, regulations, and applicable SORNs.
  • Design and conduct incident analyses, studies, or projects to track law enforcement trends and patterns.
  • Evaluate and ensure that the LERMS is used effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of the agency.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Appointment subject to background investigation and favorable adjudication.
  • Meet Selective Service Registration Act requirement for males.
  • Selectee will be required to participate in the Direct Deposit Electronic Funds Transfer Program.

Qualifications:

  • At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.
  • Specialized experience must include serving as a program manager for a law enforcement records management system, tracking law enforcement trends and patterns, designing and conducting incident analyses, studies, or projects, and ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.

Salary:** $83,654 - $114,680 per annum
