Axiom Consultants offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum for an experienced Electronic Recordkeeping Manager to join our team in Washington, DC.

About the Role

The Electronic Recordkeeping Manager will support the Senior Records Manager in establishing and implementing agency records management program methods, practices, and procedures. This includes having in-depth knowledge of records appraisal and legal research, as well as demonstrated technical leadership in records inventory and records retention schedule development.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a government customer based in Washington, DC, and contribute to the establishment and implementation of agency records management programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing records schedules according to federal regulations, agency business needs, and supporting clearance through the agency and NARA.
  • Developing and managing records schedule implementation tools.
  • Implementing records schedules.
  • Developing and implementing file plans.
  • Transferring permanent electronic records to the custody of the National Archives in accordance with NARA transfer requirements.
  • Developing and implementing agency assessments, surveys, and program analysis.
  • Synthesizing internal and external results to assessments, surveys, and program analysis.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience with demonstrated technical knowledge, education, and experience in methods, practices, and procedures of federal records management, including electronic recordkeeping. A Public Trust (Tier II) clearance is also required.
