Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, and maintaining filing systems. You will also retrieve information from records, email, minutes, and other related documents, and prepare written summaries of data as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
- Maintain filing systems as assigned.
- Retrieve information from records, email, minutes, and other related documents.
- Prepare written summaries of data as needed.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of payroll is a plus.
