About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at DirectViz Solutions, LLC. This role is focused on automating NIST RMF activities, operations and maintenance (O&M), and development, modernization, and enhancements (DME) of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and design, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow modules such as SecOps, IRM, and CAM.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows and ServiceNow applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of enterprise tools and cloud services.
  • Support operations and maintenance (O&M) as well as modernization and enhancements (DME) of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to achieve performance-based deliverables.
  • Maintain the system's Authority to Operate (ATO) and adhere to ServiceNow best practices for resiliency and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to expand platform functionality to support additional systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow implementations.
  • ServiceNow Development certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP integrations.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and service catalog requests.
  • Expertise in creating and modifying automated workflows.
  • Hands-on experience implementing various ServiceNow modules.
  • US Citizenship required.
