Job Summary:

As a Strategic Sales and Marketing Transformation Expert at Tata Consultancy Services, you will lead advisory and assessment services to customers for Sales & marketing processes (OTC). Your expertise will be invaluable in helping clients navigate complex business transformations and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to RFx related to ERP transformation, business transformations
• Design business capability map and business architecture for manufacturing industry
• Configure SAP S/4HANA for sales and distribution processes
• Provide architecture for Sales & marketing and Integrated Applications
• Engage in product evaluation of Sales & marketing solutions
• Prepare roadmap for business transformation, with dependencies
• Lead design thinking workshops on topics related to process management and architecture
• Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of customer workshops, and conduct workshops
• Responsible for budgetary estimate and business case build

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in any discipline
• Implementation experience in any one of the application - SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Hybris
• Advisory experience in at least two Sales & marketing related business transformations

Salary Range:
$191,520-$251,552 a year
