About Us: Trail Drive Management Corporation oversees the operations of a state-of-the-art multipurpose venue that hosts a variety of events, including concerts and sporting activities. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.
Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to enhance customer loyalty and maintain business relationships through effective communication and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Ticketing and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless operations within the premium services area.
- Assist the sales team in expanding the premium client base and provide necessary support in managing client accounts.
- Handle documentation related to contracts, amendments, invoices, and payment plans for premium accounts.
- Focus on renewing and upgrading premium seating accounts.
- Stay informed about events and benefits for premium seat holders, ensuring effective communication.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and composure.
- Coordinate ticketing and parking arrangements for clients.
- Act as a primary contact for premium seat holders during events.
- Oversee the collection process for premium seat accounts.
- Facilitate client suite sales for various events.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for the events industry.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Proficient in problem-solving and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce or Ticketmaster is advantageous.
Work Environment:
This position primarily involves indoor work, although event-related duties may require outdoor engagement. The noise level may vary, especially during events.
