Job Overview

T-Mobile is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will work closely with Enterprise and/or Strategic Account Executives to manage a large portfolio of high-value accounts and drive incremental growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maintain and grow business by understanding the account's position in the market, their product/service, points of differentiation, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Develop positive relationships with partners and clients, and identify business problems that can be solved with our solutions and products.
  • Manage account input and feedback for all projects, and coordinate with internal departments to drive resolution to customer problems.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of B2B Enterprise Field Sales experience, preferably working with Fortune 1K accounts.
  • Enterprise Account Management experience.
  • 2-4 years of Telecom, Software, or Technology experience.
