About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the Regional Health Ministries (RHM) operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and deploy strategies to address internal or external business and regulatory issues.
  • Ensure consistent operating performance and achieve financial goals.
  • Identify, define, and solve complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business.
  • Provide administrative oversight for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling overall operations and professional/support services of the organization.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of short-term and long-range goals, objectives, and operational plans.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Health Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of management experience with broad strategic and operational knowledge.
  • Proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with physicians, peers, and leaders.
  • Experience with acute operations, financial management, service excellence, regulatory preparedness, and/or physician relations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Clinical background strongly preferred.
  • Clinical licensure, fellowship (FACHE, FHFMA, MGMA), and/or certification in a professional organization or Process Improvement certifications, strongly preferred.
