Founded with a commitment to social justice, Edgility Consulting envisions a world where every child is protected from exploitation and trafficking. Our mission is to provide transformative services, develop outcome-focused solutions, and challenge societal norms. Initially focused on international efforts, we have expanded our services domestically, impacting communities through our prevention education and survivor care initiatives. Our innovative curriculum has reached numerous states, and our survivor support programs have aided hundreds of youth since their inception.
Understanding the systemic failures that perpetuate child exploitation, Edgility Consulting leverages our expertise to advocate for meaningful change.
OPPORTUNITY
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the next Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Edgility Consulting will be a strategic, innovative, and culturally aware leader with a strong background in nonprofit management and a deep commitment to social justice.
In collaboration with the leadership team, the CEO will oversee the strategic and operational execution of Edgility Consulting's mission, ensuring the sustainability and growth of our workforce, culture, revenue, and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven history of successful fundraising, including securing support from high-level donors, foundations, and government entities.
Operational and financial leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively develop and lead teams.
Additionally, the candidate will possess extensive knowledge of creating and managing impactful partnerships and programs.
The new CEO should demonstrate an unwavering commitment to Edgility Consulting's mission and vision, and be enthusiastic about immersing themselves in the organization's culture, operations, staff, programs, and strategic objectives to champion this inclusive organization.
