THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Qualified candidates will be 18+ years old with a Cosmetology and/or Barber license; no prior work experience is necessary. Additional requirements include:

  • Proficiency with the latest salon techniques
  • Familiarity with equipment needed for technical work
  • An engaging personality to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively

The pay range for this position is $17.00 / Hour with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn service pay pursuant to the Company’s Services Compensation Plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
