Job Description:

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue through acquisition accounts with small and medium-sized businesses specializing in healthcare and banking. This includes providing clients with full managed services solutions that satisfy their needs and desired outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology, and a successful track record in sales, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. They will also have exceptional relationship-building skills to establish rapport, trust, and confidence with leadership, staff, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue through acquisition accounts with small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Provide clients with full managed services solutions that satisfy their needs and desired outcomes.
  • Target clients that fit Pinion's client model and strive to win profitable work that provides value to the client, building strong trust-based relationships.
Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is $47,000 - $60,000 plus commission. Excellent pay, flexibility, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, paid holidays, flexible work arrangements, and paid leave.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to effectively present technical information, and a drive to be the most valuable player within a team-oriented environment.
