About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Manager/Technical Writer to join our team at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in communicating policy and procedures for implementing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) within the Defense Intelligence All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize data, processes, and knowledge regarding OBI governance and knowledge modeling to ensure stakeholders across the DIAAE have access to the resources they need.
  • Contribute to the development of governance documents and tradecraft guidance.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure compliance with production standards.
  • Advance national security objectives through effective intelligence analysis.

Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management and/or All-Source Analysis.
  • TS/SCI clearance (active).
  • Expertise in SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) impacting all-source intelligence analysis.
  • Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Cycle.
  • Familiarity with Object Based Intelligence concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.
