Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to support project documentation, including document creation, editing, and management of deliverables. The ideal candidate will have prior federal experience and be able to confidently interact with different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Review technical reports for accuracy and completeness, and develop, write, review, and edit briefings and documents for various stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality client service and products in a fast-paced environment, and develop trusted relationships with clients and team members.
- Manage documentation through external review cycles, and track documentation using document templates and Office 365.
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree or Four (4) years of relevant technical writing experience in lieu of degree.
- FOUR (4) or more years of relevant technical writing experience, including experience with developing executive briefings, using document templates, and starting technical documents with information gained during SME interviews.
- Experience editing comments from other team members to produce final deliverables, and tracking documentation through external review cycles.
- Experience with Office 365 and document management.
- Experience developing Intranets to support communications, setting up a document management repository, and interpreting new policies.
- Experience with document tagging, developing Policy documentation, and developing Intranets to support communications.
