Position Overview:

This is a full-time internal position where candidates are expected to work onsite. Randstad, a leader in the staffing industry, is seeking Staffing Managers to promote our services and recruit candidates for our clients.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Utilize modern communication tools to effectively sell and recruit.
  • Identify potential clients in need of workforce solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Develop partnerships through various communication channels with key decision-makers.
  • Engage in activities that drive results, including calls and client meetings.
  • Analyze workforce gaps to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure optimal value for our services.
  • Source, interview, and select candidates effectively.
  • Coach and retain top talent.
  • Market candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Document processes and maintain exceptional records.
  • Offer innovative employment solutions that meet client needs.
  • Deliver services that consistently exceed client and candidate expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience.
  • Proven track record of excellence in previous roles.
  • Strong interest in business development and sales.
  • Technical proficiency and adaptability.
  • Ability to connect and engage with others.
  • Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience with digital tools and Google Suite applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting.
  • Passion for achieving results and a commitment to quality.
  • Natural curiosity and determination to succeed.
  • Proficiency in using Google mail, calendars, and shared drives.
