Core Responsibilities:

  • Effectively market and recruit through contemporary media channels.
  • Identify potential clients in need of Randstad's workforce solutions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers.
  • Develop partnerships through diverse communication methods with key decision-makers.
  • Engage in activities that yield results, including numerous calls and client meetings.
  • Listen attentively to uncover workforce gaps that hinder client success.
  • Negotiate pricing to maximize the value of quality solutions.
  • Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates efficiently.
  • Coach and retain top talent.
  • Market candidates to ensure they secure suitable positions.
  • Utilize a variety of approaches that require thorough documentation.
  • Provide innovative and creative employment solutions.
  • Deliver services that consistently exceed client and candidate expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience.
  • Proven track record of excellence in previous roles.
  • Strong interest in business development, cold calling, and sales.
  • Technical proficiency.
  • Ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Demonstrated success in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience with digital tools and Google Suite applications.
  • Capability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
  • Passion for achieving results, resilience, and self-confidence.
  • A natural curiosity and determination to succeed.
  • Proficiency in using Google mail, calendar, and shared drives.
