Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Recruitment Manager, you will:

  • Utilize modern communication tools to effectively sell and recruit.
  • Identify potential clients in need of Randstad's workforce solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Develop partnerships through various communication channels with key decision-makers.
  • Engage in activities that yield results, including numerous calls and client meetings.
  • Assess workforce gaps that may hinder a client's success.
  • Negotiate pricing to ensure optimal returns on quality solutions.
  • Source, recruit, interview, and select candidates proficiently.
  • Coach and retain talent effectively.
  • Market candidates to ensure they secure suitable employment.
  • Document processes meticulously and offer innovative employment solutions.
  • Deliver services that consistently exceed client and candidate expectations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 1 year of professional sales experience.
  • A proven track record of excellence in previous roles.
  • A strong desire to engage in business development and sales activities.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to connect with others.
  • A history of achieving results in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience with digital tools and Google Suite applications.
  • The ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.

  • Proficiency in using Google mail, calendars, and shared drives.
