You will play a major role in retaining customer relationships, meeting all of their HVAC requests, and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service from all HVAC departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish customer rapport with products and services.
  • Sales Proposal Development: Form accurate and complete sales proposals.
  • Post-Sale Support: Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Product Education: Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products/services.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  • Customer Information Management: Maintain customer information and make updates to our CRM.
  • Team Support: Support team members and peers to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • HVAC Knowledge: Understanding advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating is preferred.
  • Reliability and Motivation: Reliable and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills are required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
