- Sales Proposal Development: Form accurate and complete sales proposals.
- Post-Sale Support: Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Product Education: Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products/services.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
- Customer Information Management: Maintain customer information and make updates to our CRM.
- Team Support: Support team members and peers to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred.
- HVAC Knowledge: Understanding advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating is preferred.
- Reliability and Motivation: Reliable and self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills are required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
