Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Forge strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments.
- Offer personalized financial services that cater to customers' unique needs and preferences.
- Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and monitoring customer appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Engage in ongoing training and stay up-to-date on our evolving products and processes.
- Work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, effectively navigating multiple tasks to meet individual and team performance standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
- Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background check required (subject to applicable law).
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds.
