Job Title: Administrative Coordinator Neurotherapeutics

McLean's Neurotherapeutics Program is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the program's administrative functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director and team members
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, reports, and other documents
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
