Key Responsibilities:
• Handle Incoming Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
• Manage Claims: Enter, update, and close claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Endorsements and Quotes: Assist account executives by processing endorsements and preparing quotes as needed for clients.

Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to accurately process and manage client information.
• Drive and Urgency: Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks with urgency, handling multiple priorities and interruptions effectively.
