About the Position

This full-time position requires a registered nurse with experience in psychiatric care. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and coordinating services with healthcare providers and community agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and mental health needs
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans addressing these needs
  3. Coordinate services with treatment teams and healthcare providers
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and their families
  5. Build relationships with community resources and healthcare organizations
