About the Role:

In this critical support position, you will work closely with Financial Advisors and senior-level management to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency. As a Client Support Specialist, you will provide expert support across various aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Financial Advisors with client relationships, sales efforts, and business development
  • Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and other business activities
  • Manage client communication, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • FINRA Series 7 license required
  • 3+ years broker/dealer sales support experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management systems
