Client Support Specialist

In this critical support position, you will work closely with Financial Advisors and senior-level management to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency. As a Client Support Specialist, you will provide expert support across various aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Financial Advisors with client relationships, sales efforts, and business development
- Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and other business activities
- Manage client communication, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- FINRA Series 7 license required
- 3+ years broker/dealer sales support experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management systems
