Gold Shield Indy Worldwide Transportation is a leading luxury transportation provider, and we are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Travel Experience Coordinator to join our team.

The position of Luxury Travel Experience Coordinator requires a dedicated and disciplined individual who can set the standard of excellence for our clients around the globe. As a member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for all aspects of land, air, and sea travel reservations for thousands of influential clients.

We offer customized travel experiences that provide the special touch for any moment. From birthdays, surprise trips, and corporate travel, to someone's very own 'wedding of the century', our concierge team stops at nothing to deliver our clients an unforgettable experience.

Duties:

  • Answering Corporate Switchboard: Respond promptly to corporate switchboard inquiries during business hours, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Booking Reservations and Confirming Itineraries: Efficiently book reservations and confirm itineraries for local and worldwide travel, adhering to high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining Relationships with 3rd-Party Affiliates: Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3rd-party affiliates, fostering a network of trusted partners to enhance our services.
  • Reviewing and Confirming Daily/Weekly Schedules: Regularly review and confirm daily and weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage and optimal service delivery.
  • Adhering to Confidentiality Policy: Maintain strict confidentiality to safeguard client and staff security.
  • Preparing Vehicles for Luxury Travel: Prepare vehicles for specialized, boutique-style luxury travel, ensuring impeccable presentation and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Focusing on Extended Travel: Concentrate on extended travel for clients, including destination pre-arrival planning, to create bespoke experiences.
  • Maintaining Professional Workspace: Uphold a tidy, organized workspace, reflecting our company's commitment to professionalism and quality.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to both staff and clients, exceeding expectations and building loyalty.
  • Availability for Weekends and Holidays: Be prepared to work weekends and some holidays, demonstrating flexibility and dedication.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, facilitating efficient transportation services.
  • Cleared Lifetime Federal Background Check: Hold a cleared lifetime federal background check, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
