About the Job:

This role plays a vital part in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. As a Securities Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing for client review meetings, setting up new accounts, and processing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate client review meetings and preparation of related materials
  • Set up and maintain client accounts, including paperwork and documentation
  • Process financial transactions, such as payments and transfers
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and Financial Advisors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • FINRA Series 7 license required
  • 3+ years broker/dealer sales support experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Salary Range:
