This role will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our manufacturing operations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to establish and maintain safety policies and programs
  • Comply with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures, and housekeeping standards
  • Meet or exceed company performance metrics for driving continuous improvement and making well-informed decisions for manufacturing activities, resource allocation, and strategic planning
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, ensure all necessary materials are prepared in advance, and lead recruitment activities
  • Participate in interviews, provide feedback, and collaborate with hiring managers to select the best candidates
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, and connect analysis to business outcomes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to finalize job offers, manage pre-employment screenings, and facilitate new hire orientations
  • Support employees with leave management, administer company benefits plans, and lead open enrollment processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as insurance regulations, by maintaining HR records and generating necessary reports
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of prior HR experience (internship and/or HR Assistant role)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Experience in UKG and/or other HR Workforce Management platform preferred
