Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Dove Healthcare. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with benefit administration, including answering benefit-related questions, processing enrollments, terminations, and changes, and reconciling monthly invoices.
  • Process employee status changes, manage employee incident reports, and work comp claims.
  • Process leaves of absence requests, including personal, medical, and FMLA.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
  • Previous HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
