Human Resources Leadership:
As a key member of the CPS team, the HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring seamless integration of staffing, recruitment, and onboarding processes. This includes facilitating orientation and training programs to guarantee new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.

Culture and Leadership Development:


Partner with executive leadership to promote and embed the company's culture, Vision, and Values, known as the RITE WAY (Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence). The HR Manager will drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover, engaging with both top-level executives and local management to reinforce cultural values and leadership principles.

Benefits Administration:
The HR Manager will manage and optimize the company's benefits program in collaboration with the Benefits Administrator. This includes coordinating daily benefits operations and negotiating with benefits providers to ensure competitive and comprehensive benefits offerings.

Health & Wellness Initiatives:
Lead corporate Health & Wellness programs, including the monthly Champion call to review initiatives and progress. The HR Manager will drive wellness challenges and programs, such as the "Biggest Loser" challenge, to foster a healthy work environment.

Safety Program Oversight:
Oversee the corporate safety program, working closely with the Corporate Safety Director. The HR Manager will manage Workers' Compensation claims and collaborate with the Captive Insurance Group to ensure effective risk management.

Additional Program Development:
Potentially lead the development and roll-out of new HR programs such as:

Employee Recognition Program
Electronic On-boarding
