Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with a focus on water resources and site development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing intricate projects, including port and cargo terminal site work, from initial concept through to the preparation of construction documents and ongoing construction services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute construction projects by developing engineering designs and documentation while ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Analyze project concepts, architectural plans, and models to design effective construction solutions.
- Gather and evaluate data from reports, maps, and tests related to soil, terrain, and hydrology to inform engineering designs.
- Estimate project costs by calculating labor, materials, and other related expenses.
- Conduct feasibility studies through engineering design analysis and environmental impact assessments.
- Generate engineering documents, including construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and specifications by monitoring project progress and inspecting construction sites.
- Support project requirements by mentoring and guiding team members.
- Uphold operational standards by enforcing policies and procedures.
- Provide engineering insights by addressing inquiries and requests.
- Stay compliant with legal requirements by reviewing existing and new legislation and advising management on necessary actions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in site layout, stormwater management, and infrastructure systems.
- Engineer in Training certificate is mandatory.
- Professional Engineer licensure is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
- Familiarity with stormwater modeling software is advantageous.
- Experience with MicroStation and SWMM is a strong plus.
- Candidates may be required to travel as part of their role.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and remain sedentary for extended periods.
