Position Summary

We are in search of a skilled Office Engineer/Document Control professional to contribute to a significant civil infrastructure initiative.

This is a long-term, full-time position requiring on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Resident Engineer and Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules.
  • Prepare, review, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and change orders.
  • Handle the receipt, preparation, and tracking of various project documents.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping standards.
  • Organize and maintain detailed project files and logs.
  • Review daily reports from field inspectors and manage project-related issues.
  • Participate in project meetings and document minutes.
  • Compile monthly project status updates and assist with payment requisitions.
  • Support project close-out processes, including claims resolution.
  • Manage contract payment tracking and processing.
  • Conduct EEO compliance reporting and monitor DBE and trainee requirements.
  • Evaluate contractor claims and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure timely processing and accessibility of project documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialized knowledge in transit, bridge, roadway, or utility projects.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000 annually, with starting salaries typically falling within the mid-range based on experience and qualifications.
