Job Summary

The Account Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the performance of a single Towne Park account, ensuring financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives are met. This position requires a strong understanding of business metrics, financial performance, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial and Business Systems Management
    • Drive business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
    • Improve financial performance and profitability of the account.
    • Understand contractual agreements and maximize opportunities.
    • Manage scheduling, overtime, and timekeeping for associates.
    • Ensure forecasts, payroll, and accounting reports are accurate and on time.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit and hire top talent for the location.
    • Foster a positive work environment and retain associates.
    • Respond to associate feedback and suggestions.
    • Provide orientation and on-the-job training for new associates.
    • Recognize and reward top performers.
    • Identify talent and develop future leaders.
    • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback.
  • Service Management
    • Ensure consistent guest/patient service experience on all shifts.
    • Allocate labor resources to support service delivery.
    • Forecast and plan for seasonal variances in business.
    • Understand client service standards and integrate Towne Park's standards.
  • Client Relations Management
    • Develop cohesive working relationships with clients' staff members.
    • Maintain regular meeting rhythms and communication channels with clients.
    • Understand client objectives and ensure the team is focused on exceeding expectations.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and customer service.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must be able to push and pull 75 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds frequently over considerable distances.
  • Working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, are required.
  • Travel of up to 10% may be required.
