  • Adhere to all OSHA, HIPAA, and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Manage financial transactions, including bank deposits and inventory control.
  • Supervise the maintenance of essential logs (e.g., Botox Log, Narcotic Log, MOHS Log) to ensure proper documentation.
  • Implement disciplinary actions as necessary, with managerial approval.
  • Ensure that all operational vehicles are properly maintained, with up-to-date registrations and insurance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), NextGen, and EMA is required.
