Job Overview
As a Senior National Account Manager at ServiceMaster TRS, you will lead sales initiatives, cultivate enduring client relationships, and broaden our market reach. Your role will be pivotal in generating new business by targeting key referral sources and collaborating with our internal teams to customize SRM solutions for significant losses. This position is essential for meeting our revenue objectives and ensuring client satisfaction across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and secure large loss projects by nurturing relationships with commercial brokers, agents, adjusters, claims managers, and risk managers.
- Identify and foster relationships with key end-user accounts within targeted sectors, focusing on projects within our territories or those requiring extensive mobilization.
- Prioritize sales efforts in designated territories while also exploring opportunities in areas susceptible to extreme weather events.
- Travel to catastrophic events such as hurricanes and floods to pursue large-scale restoration projects.
- Implement and oversee sales activities to meet KPIs and sales targets related to large loss projects, number of referrals, and new business partnerships.
- Collaborate with other Senior National Account Managers, Commercial Sales Representatives, Large Loss Sales Representatives, and the Operations team to drive revenue and ensure seamless service delivery nationwide.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local market dynamics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Experience: 5-7 years of sales experience in the restoration industry, insurance, or related fields, with a focus on large loss and commercial sales.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in establishing and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a proactive approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- In-depth understanding of the disaster restoration industry, large loss processes, and the insurance claims process.
- Familiarity with key market sectors such as education, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, and manufacturing is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Other: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (75% or more).
