Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Conway Medical Center. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing various diagnostic procedures, and documenting patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and performing diagnostic procedures.
  • Document patient care and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse or physician.
  • Assist physicians and other nursing personnel with various tasks and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse program.
  • Current South Carolina licensure as LPN (SCLLR) in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous OB-GYN experience and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred.
