Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse/RN to join our healthcare team at Conway Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients and support our medical staff in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
  • Conduct patient assessments and provide direct patient care
  • Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
  • Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and conditions
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in patient care
Requirements
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN in good standing
  • Experience in memory care, dementia care, and spinal tap procedures
  • Knowledge of case management principles and patient care techniques
  • Familiarity with medical coding practices is a plus
