Position Overview:

  2. Provide clear explanations regarding charges, billing cycles, payment options, and customer equipment.
  3. Correct any discrepancies in customer billing as needed and ensure timely processing of customer transactions.
  4. Accurately enter customer account information into the billing system to facilitate transactions.
  5. Engage in continuous training to enhance skills and productivity.
  6. Meet and maintain performance expectations related to quality assurance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by Hargray Communications Group, Inc.
  8. Work collaboratively with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
